Free Shipping On All Orders Over $99.

When will my order ship?
99% of orders ship within 2 business days!

You will receive the merchandise packed in elegant gift pouch in about 5 to 10 days from the time we receive your order. To secure both us and our customers from potential fraud, we need the valid billing address of the credit card before we can process the order. All shipping is via either Insured UPS, FedEx or USPS. All prices are for standard size items. We do ship to many International locations, but not to all. We reserve the right to refuse international orders based on amount and location. International S&H is either through US Postal Service International Mail, FedEx or UPS and the customer will be responsible for local customs and taxes.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your package's tracking number. You can track your package at the


Shipping fees for replacement merchandise and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Signature Confirmation
Regetta Jewelers  is not responsible for any package that is claimed to be stolen or lost once it has confirmed to have been delivered by USPS. For additional security, you may add Signature Confirmation Express Mail automatically requires signature confirmation.

Please Note: We reserves the right to add signature confirmation, at our expense, to any package. We will notify you in your shipping confirmation email if your signature is required. Free shipping offer valid for shipments within the USA only

Lost Packages
In the rare event that our shipping carrier states that they have delivered your package, but you claim that you did not receive it, we will file an insurance claim for your order. In order for us to refund your order or send you replacement merchandise, we will first need to receive a detailed letter stating that the item was ordered, but wasn't received. Your signature is required on this letter and must be received before we can refund you or send you replacement merchandise.

USPS requires 21 days before a package is deemed "lost."

Packaging
All our jewelry is carefully packaged to prevent any shipping damage. Every order comes in jewelry pouch. Gift card and gift-wrapping are available per customer’s request. Please, call for any other special requests that you may have. We encourage you to retain the original packaging of the return and/or exchange of the item(s).

All orders are always subject to stock availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and will not be back in stock for any extended period of time.
